Trackdays limited to 45 enrolments for 20 cars on the track at any one time (open pit lane).

The concept of our Trackdays

Enrol in one of our track days on the La Ferté Gaucher circuit to spend the day driving your car on the circuit where there are no specific vehicle categories (open pit lane) with only a limited number of vehicles. Enjoy a possible 7 ½ hours driving (08:30-12:00 then 13:30-17:30) for a maximum of pleasure in a friendly atmosphere.

We have been organising these Trackdays for several years now. Every year we organize about 50 Trackdays on some of the most beautiful circuits in France: Charade, Magny-Cours, Le Mans, Le Castellet, Dijon-Prenois, Nogaro, Val de Vienne, Le Mas du Clos,etc…

Safety and quality of driving are our main priorities :

We attach particular attention to the compliance of the safety regulations on the track. Drivers who are responsible for dangerous driving will be cautioned and if necessary banned from driving on the circuit.
We limit the number of drivers on the track in order to provide optimum driving conditions.
We limit the number of enrolments in order to maximize driving time with an open pit lane.
We accept with pleasure racing teams who will be able to integrate respectfully into our days

The La Ferté Gaucher circuit

With its 3.6km long track, the La Ferté Gaucher circuit, located in the department of la Seine-et- Marne near Paris, is the biggest track in Ile-de-France. Technical and modern, this circuit and its infrastructures have been attracting drivers for more than 15 years.

Created in 2008, the La Ferté Gaucher circuit was designed by the famous Austrian engineer Frantz Schreiner. It was designed to meet three main requirements: be dedicated to training and leisure, be homologated for cars and motorcycles and comply with strict sustainable development rules. The LFG circuit has 3 different tracks : the 1.6km technical track, the 2km fast track and the big 3.6 km track which connects the two smaller tracks. It is on this 3.6 km track with its 14 corners and 500m straight, that you will drive during one of our Trackdays.

Programme for your Trackday at La Ferté Gaucher

07:45 : Welcome for the participants (or 12:45 for the afternoon session) .
08:00 : Technical and safety briefing (or 13:00 for the afternoon session). Briefing is mandatory : in case of late arrival participants must attend a 2nd briefing session once driving has begun.
08:30-12:00 : Driving (no specific vehicle categories)
12:00 -13:30 : Lunch break (meal not included)
13:30-17:30 : Driving (no specific vehicle categories)

Conditions required to participate in the Trackdays

Authorised vehicles : All types of sports vehicles in good working condition except open-wheel vehicles. All vehicles must have an on track civil liability insurance, must respect the noise limit imposed by the circuit (95db on the Circuit de La Ferté Gaucher) and must be equipped with a tow hook.
Obligatory Equipment : Helmet with at least the CE norm, long-sleeved tops and trousers (for men and women)and the full equipment for competition vehicles (see list in the Regulations)
Participation Conditions : Valid car driving licence (equivalent to a licence B in France) for all drivers , passengers must be a minimum of 16 years old
Documents to be provided on the Trackday : A copy of the Trackday Regulations completed and signed and dated the day of the Trackday (1 copy/driver)

Access to the track for 1 driver per vehicle (supplement for additional drivers)
Passengers 16 years and over accepted free of charge
Open bar with soft drinks all day including pastries, coffee and cold drinks
Recovery vehicle present at the track
At extra cost:

Different sports cars with driving instructors are available on request for a half-day or a whole day during the Trackdays at the La Ferté Gaucher circuit:

Prices include VAT, but exclude transport costs to the circuit. Included in the cost: track access, fuel, briefing, coaching with a driving instructor and exclusive use of the car for 150 km (½ day) and 300 km (whole day).Deposit 25000€

Access to and accommodation at the La Ferté Gaucher race track

The La Ferté Gaucher circuit is located in the town of la Ferté Gaucher in the department of the Seine-et-Marne 1 hour from Paris.
There are accommodation possibilities near the circuit such as the Logis Hôtel du Sauvage 5 minutes from the circuit.

If you have completed less than 3 outings on a circuit, FFSA regulations strongly recommend that you reserve a coaching session with a driving instructor for that day (option to choose above)

Participation conditions for the trackday * :

I (the undersigned hereby declared as owner of the vehicle) certify that the vehicle being used is in good working condition, is apt for being driven on a track and is insured for on track civil liability ( on track civil liability insurance must cover all drivers).

I/We (the undersigned driver(s)) hereby certify to be in possession of a valid car driving licence (equivalent of B licence in France) and have read and accepted the regulations applicable at present. I/We certify the exactitude of the information provided and promise to notify the organizers Nomad Driving Event of any changes between the enrolment date and the date of the trackday.
